晚餐 - 煎餅+冬瓜湯
 
水 - 2000cc
 
痛苦中.....

晚餐 - 自助餐

早餐 -
午餐 - 便當
晚餐 - 黑咖啡
 
 
還有9kg 要努力~~~

減重17天...

早餐 - 兩片花生醬吐司 + 乾麵 + 味增湯
午餐 - 黑咖啡 + 生菜沙拉
晚餐 - 卵磷脂*4 + 水1200cc
 
慢跑 30 分鐘.... 滿身大汗....
 
體重終於在79公斤開始倒數....
剩下不到1個月的時間
艱鉅的挑戰任務 真的要好好貫徹到底!!!
 
和朋友的約定是 70kg
倒數 9kg
 
挑戰成功才是開始
就是考驗要維持多久的問題了~~
